|Introduction/Background (experience, qualifications, current work/research, etc.)||Leisa Quigley provides support to the Skills for Life Faculty in the college, this includes looking at applications for new learners, understanding individual students needs and arranging the relevant funding that ensure students have the support needed to access all aspects of the their curriculum.
In addition to this Leisa oversees all aspects of the EHCP process from consultation to name the college to the annual reviews and has various other responsibilities across the college.
Leisa has personal experience of people who are on the Autistic Spectrum.
|What does the ACoRNS project mean to you?||I have a professional and personal interest in supporting this project to enable young people and their parents/carers have access to information, opportunities and a voice to make life easier and remove some of the barriers that currently exist in what is a very complex area.
